**Due to a snafu, the paperback version on Amazon is live now instead of next Tuesday. (Sigh) I contacted customer support, and to get it to revert to Pre-order status, I would have to unpublish the book and then republish it on March 9 (release day). People have already started ordering it, so I don’t want to unpublish it and potentially mess up their orders. So . . . if you want a print version, enjoy! To my ebook readers, I sincerely apologize.
